Orders, remittance and returns

Every order is paid by the client through SalonX. You receive the order value less the salon's commission and SalonX's 5% platform fee, as a remittance after the order's returns window closes.

• Remittances go out by the nightly settlement run.
• A refund on an order already remitted is owed back and netted off your next remittance.
• Your distributor dashboard shows waiting, ready and paid, and every order behind the numbers.

Distributors that take payment themselves (orders placed directly in their own store) aren't remitted through SalonX — nothing is owed either way.
