A client's own price and timings for a service

Some clients aren't the menu. Extensions that need 150g and three and a half hours; a colour that always needs an extra twenty minutes to develop.

Client's record → Pricing & timings → Add override.

• Pick the service (and option), and the stylist it applies to — or *Any stylist*.
• Set the price, the timings (every part: part one, develop, the rest, follow-ons — blank means as the menu has it), and a note for the rest of the team ("150g, type 3 hair").

Where it's used

• Calendar — the New booking sheet shows their figures with a *saved* tag.
• Till — their price is what's charged.
• Online booking — if they're signed in to the SalonX app, they see their length and price on the service and the times offered fit it. If they book with just their email, the booking is made at the menu figures on screen and their saved price and timings are applied to the booking on confirmation.

A stylist-specific override beats an *Any stylist* one. Remove or edit any time from the same tab.
