Adding someone to your team

Settings → Team → Invite. Enter their email and pick a role. They get an email to set a password; from then on they sign in on their own phone and see their own column.

Each extra person is a seat on your plan — £5 a month. The owner is included in the £15. If someone leaves, remove them and their seat stays open for the next person; remove the seat under Plan & billing to stop paying for it.

• Bookable online — whether clients can pick them on the booking page.
• Services they offer.
• Experience level for level pricing.
• Hours that differ from the salon's.
• Photo for the booking page.
