Consultation and aftercare forms

Clients → Forms. SalonX comes with a hair colour consultation & patch test record; build your own with text, choices, tick boxes and a signature line.

Sending one

• From the client's record → Consultation tab → New consultation → pick the form. Fill it in together in the chair, or send it to them to do at home.
• Attach a form to a service (Services → the service → Consultations, patch tests & aftercare) and it's sent automatically when that service is booked — or, for aftercare, when the visit is completed.

Completed forms live on the client's Consultation tab, signed and dated.
