Your first hour on SalonX

The five things to do before you share your booking page.

Everything else can wait. Do these five in order and clients can book you tonight.

  1. Add your services. Services → Add a service. Name, how long it takes, the price. Add categories as you go — they become the headings on your booking page. More on services.
  2. Set your opening hours. Settings → Booking → Opening hours. The calendar and your booking page only offer times inside them.
  3. Add your team (if it's not just you). Settings → Team → Invite. Each person gets their own login and column on the calendar. Roles explained.
  4. Connect Stripe so you can take deposits and card payments. Settings → Payouts → Connect. It takes about ten minutes and you'll need your bank details and ID. What it costs.
  5. Share your booking page. Settings → Your links. Copy the booking link into your Instagram bio, Google profile and WhatsApp auto-reply.
