How clients get there

• Recommend — build a list in the chair (or from the client's record); they get it by email or text with one tap to buy.
• The shop link in your bio, your emails, your reminders.
• The SalonX client app.

Returns and delivery

Handled by the distributor — their details are on every receipt. Commission is held through the returns window, then paid to you nightly. When money lands.
