Card payments and deposits

Straight into your Stripe account the moment they're taken, then to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule — daily by default after a short first hold. Change it in Stripe (Settings → Payouts → Manage payment settings).

Shop commission

Commission on retail orders is held through the returns window (so a return can be netted), then released and sent to your Stripe account by the nightly run at 03:00. From there it reaches your bank with everything else. Settings → Payouts shows what's in the hold and what's queued.

Seeing it all

Reports gives takings, deposits and refunds by day; Stripe shows every individual payment and payout.
