Refunds
Refund a payment or a deposit from the client's record, in part or in full.
Client's record → Appointments / notes → the visit → Refund.
- Refund the whole amount or part of it. Card payments go back to the card; cash is recorded as handed back.
- Deposits are refunded from the cancellation itself, or from the visit if there was an unused deposit left over (a bigger deposit than the bill).
- Refunds show on the visit with what went where — *refunded · £10.00 to card · £5.00 in cash*.
The card fee isn't returned on a refund — the same as a card terminal.
